| 1 cup Corn canned (drained) or defrosted |
| 1 large Bell Pepper orange, red, or yellow |
| 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Quartered |

| 1 medium Jalapeno finely chopped |
| 2 tbsp Lime Juice |
| 0.25 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 0.25 cups White Wine Vinegar |
| 0.5 tsp Chili Powder |
| 0.5 tsp Ground Cumin |
| 1 to taste Feta Crumbled |
| 1 to taste Lime wedged |
