Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 lb Whole Wheat Linguine

Sauce

  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion chopped

  • 6 Count Garlic Cloves chopped

  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 26 oz Minced Clams in Can

  • 0.5 cups Butter Substitute

  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

Garnish

  • 1 (Count) Fresh Parsley

Directions

  1. Salt Water and bring to a boil. Cook pasta to package instructions
  2. In a large skillet add the oil and saute the onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Drain clams, reserving half the juice.
  4. Add reserved juice and rest of ingredients to pot.
  5. Optionally add a cup or two of starchy pasta water to pan.
  6. Reduce to sauce like thickness. If you added pasta water you may have to increase heat and stir to have everything done quickly
