Easy Beef Gravy

Gravy
0.25 cups Olive Oil
1 medium Onion , chopped
0.25 cups Flour
1.5 Cups Water
3 tsp Beef bouillon
Directions
- Add oil to small saucepan. Heat over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until heavily browned.
- Add flour in and mix, gradually add water in. Add more water if you don't want it as thick.
- Add in beef bouillon. And heat for a few minutes.
Do not add water directly to hot oil, Add the flour first! You don't want a fire or to get splattered by oil.
