200 g Long Grain Brown Rice |

Directions
- Place 1 cup (200g) long grain brown rice and 1 cup (250ml) cold water into the Instant Pot.
- With the Venting Knob in the Venting Position, close the lid. Then turn the Venting Knob to the Sealing Position.
- Pressure cook on High Pressure for 15 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure by turning the Venting Knob back to Venting Position.
- Carefully open the lid. Fluff the brown rice gently with a rice paddle or fork.
- If the rice appears slightly wet, let it rest uncovered for a few minutes to allow excess moisture to evaporate before serving.
- Rinsing Rice: If you rinse the rice before cooking, make sure to drain it well. To maintain the proper water-to-rice ratio, reduce about 3 tablespoons of water from the original 1 cup measurement.
- Leftovers: Allow rice to cool completely before storing it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
